About Pure Water Delivery...

Kevin Schoen founded Pure Water Delivery, Inc. in April 2001.

After working for a larger water company, he decided to branch out on his own and focus on listening to what the customers wanted in terms of delivery.

​

"People stopped me in Liberty, MO, telling me I needed to start my own water business," Kevin says. "I decided I needed to take a chance."

​

Kevin discovered from talking to clients that they didn't like storing extra water in their homes of offices, so Pure Water Delivery's core principle became a fixed two-week delivery schedule for all clients.

​

"I really want to be able to see every customer every two weeks and thank them for their business," Kevin says.

​

Kevin's main goal is to provide good service to his customers. He says that if people have questions and call his office, they always talk to him or a member of his family.

​

"And this is what sets us apart from the competition - the personalized service," he says.

​

Kevin and his team also provide community service in the

Kansas City area by donating 5-gallon water bottles for the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life.

​

"Service is key, and that is what our customers get by working with a family team," Kevin says.
